Happy Easter!

Hey, guys, Happy Easter! I hope you are all having a good day. Eliza and Ben dyed eggs with red wine and lilac leaves last night, and we're having spanikopita and asparagus for dinner...this is my first holiday with my family in over two years. It should be a nice day. What about the rest of you?

Sounds wonderful.

I lounged around, played some blistering tennis, and had a lovely meal with Tim and his classmate Meghan. We grilled and had two salads. One was rice cooked in jasmine tea with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and avocado with a balsamic vinagrette, and the other was figs, dried apricots, feta, mint, capers, jalepenos and pine nuts in a vinagrette over baby greens. With carrot-ginger cupcakes for dessert. Yum.
