cold week, warm fire
It's been cold and snowy this week, to say the least. We're the only losers on our block who didn't shovel our driveway. Too lazy. Just like a cat. This is her favorite spot and mine, too. Keep warm this weekend, everyone!

By the way, this is a 'fake' fire -- and by that I mean gas, but it's so cozy nonetheless! We have a 'real' fireplace, too, which we'll really... uh... fire up this weekend. :)

You guys must have gotten more snow than we did. No need to shovel much lately.
I think we got a bit over 2 inches last Sunday, and then around another inch Tuesday night. Not too much, but enough to pack the streets. Wednesday morning was the worst with slushy-slick streets. I skidded through a few stop signs that morning. :)
